At Techsoft (MDRhythm), I owned end-to-end development of a real-time voice AI agent that automated patient identity verification and care coordination. Working directly with clinicians, I designed HIPAA-compliant agentic workflows using LangGraph and GPT-4o to eliminate manual intervention from high-stakes clinical scheduling. The result was a system that reduced operational overhead while keeping patient safety at the center.

As a Digital Transformation Product Intern at Lenovo, I led the development of a real-time insights dashboard to track $300 million in annual investments. Mentoring two undergraduate interns, we introduced a new project lifecycle methodology to track projects better. The result was a user-friendly product that improved operational efficiency, allowing project managers to update data easily and providing executives with valuable insights for informed decision-making.

In healthcare, our economic analysis for the AI-powered medical triaging app shows that leveraging large language models (LLMs + RAG) could reduce wait times, save $3.6M annually, and prevent 200,000 avoidable ER visits. At Catalyzing Innovation, I led client discovery to prototype AI and automation solutions, improving lead-to-pilot conversion by 35%.
